Thanks for taking the time to visit our new blog page, My name is David Bryan and I will be the person writing this blog. I hold a Master’s of Theological Studies and a Master’s of Divinity from Liberty Theological Seminary. The people who founded this company invited me to write this blog for them and I am extremely honored for the privilege. As you probably know this company’s mission is to promote the Gospel of Jesus Christ and they have chosen to do that through a line of active wear they call 3N1Faithfit.¬† I know the owners very well and they are passionate about the product and even more passionate about spreading the good news of Jesus Christ.

There are two subjects this blog will mainly deal with, marriage and health. With both of these subjects there is a vast array of subjects to talk about. I chose these two areas because the people who own this company are extremely passionate about helping couples have the best marriage they can have and of course getting in shape and being healthy. Don’t worry, If you are not married there will still be a tremendous amount of information that will be useful for you as well.

Some of the subjects that we will cover are:

  • How to be better husbands and wives
  • Romance
  • Sex
  • How to express the love we feel for our spouse
  • Losing¬† weight
  • Getting fit
  • Sleep
  • Recipes
  • and many more

Final Thoughts

Please feel free to comment on any post, good or bad. We can not know if what is being posted is helpful if you don’t let us know. Please let me know if their is a particular subject you would like to have more information on. I will be glad to research that topic and give you the information you need. All post will be written from a Christian worldview, so I will be quoting scripture. I will use the New Living Translation, this translation is easy to understand. Again, if you have any comments please let me know through this page or email at 3n1faithfitblog@gmail.com.
